Email is the fastest way to reach us and the best option for anything involving an existing order. We reply to every message within 24 hours on business days — usually much sooner. Messages sent over a weekend or public holiday are answered on the next business day.

Before you write

A few things answer themselves faster than we can:

Where is my order? Your tracking link is in the dispatch email we sent when your order shipped. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Part of my order hasn't arrived. Orders with multiple items are often dispatched in separate parcels and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. This is normal.
I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Refund Policy for how to start a return.
How much is shipping? Free on every order, no minimum. Faster paid options are available at checkout.

Writing to us about an order

To get you a resolution in one reply rather than three, please include:

Your order number (it starts with #, and it's in your confirmation email)
The email address you used at checkout
A short description of the issue
Photographs, if an item arrived damaged or isn't what you expected — clear shots of both the item and its packaging

Product questions

If you're unsure whether a riser will take your monitor, whether a mat will fit your desk, or what a material actually feels like in the hand, just ask. Send us your desk dimensions or a photo of your setup and we'll tell you honestly what works and what doesn't — including when the answer is that nothing we sell is right for you.
